Elite Story – Laura’s Passion
In 2019, the Elite Team volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) as part of their “Cookies from the Heart Program”. Nothing beats the smell of homemade cookies baking in the oven to remind you of home. We planned our treat, purchased the ingredients and baked in their kitchens so when the families returned from a day at the hospital, they could help themselves to the treats we prepared. We had a team competition for which group made the best cookie (Yes we had to sample a few to make sure they were acceptable).
